epm: technology showcases high performance engineering at ‘Proud of Derby’ event

epm: technology group’s composite engineering prowess ensured the Derby-based company stole the limelight during a business community-led project showcasing the best in manufacturing the city has to offer.

Standing in the shadow of a colossal Rolls-Royce jet engine and a Bombardier train carriage, epm: technology’s main exhibit, a Formula One car – provided courtesy of the Force India team – featuring a whole host of components produced by epm: technology, put the company in pole position for the event.

Speaking during the event which was attended by numerous leading manufacturers like Toyota, Smith of Derby and Royal Crown Derby, epm: technology’s Managing Director Graham Mulholland, said: ”We have a DNA which is all about high performance engineering and when we were asked to showcase our wares to the people of the city, we pulled out all the stops to deliver a Formula One car which, quite literally, encapsulates everything that epm :technology is about.”

epm: technology manufacturers a wide range of composite components for F1 and provides high performance engineering services to more than 20% of F1 teams competing the world over, along with other motor racing activities. epm also supplies the aerospace, sports and communication sectors.
